By using the App, You expressly consent to the collection, storage, and usage of Your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy (“Policy”).

1.2 This document serves as an electronic record under the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, including all applicable rules and amendments concerning electronic records. It does not require any physical or digital signature and constitutes a legally binding agreement between You and MPL.

1.3 MPL takes its obligation to protect user privacy seriously. Our goal is to ensure that every user enjoys a secure and customized experience while using our services.

1.4 We do not rent, sell, or share Your personal information with any third party. When You interact with the App, certain data such as Your device ID and other personal identifiers may be collected. Although We employ robust security standards to safeguard Your data, please note that no transmission over the internet or telecommunication network can be completely secure. Despite Our best efforts, We cannot guarantee absolute protection of Your data transmitted through such channels.

1.5 By accessing and creating an account on the App, You authorize MPL and its affiliated entities to use Your registered mobile number, profile name, profile picture, contest winnings, and cumulative winnings (“Your Profile Information”) for marketing and promotional purposes across platforms such as digital media, television, print, and other advertising outlets. This authorization is granted without the need for further consent or compensation.

1.6 Furthermore, You provide MPL with an exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, and global license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from Your Profile Information for the purposes mentioned above.

1.7 You affirm that sharing Your Profile Information does not infringe upon any third-party rights and will not result in any claims or liabilities. You agree to indemnify MPL for any losses or legal expenses arising from the use of Your Profile Information. Additionally, You acknowledge that no royalties or monetary compensation shall be due to You for such usage.

1.8 You also grant MPL and its affiliates the unrestricted right to use and re-publish Your Profile Information indefinitely and through any medium deemed appropriate, in accordance with the aforementioned purposes.

1.9 By using the App, You expressly waive any future claims against MPL concerning the use of Your Profile Information. You also relinquish any right to review, modify, or contest the way Your Profile Information is presented or utilized by MPL.

1.10 Your access to the App and its features is contingent upon Your acceptance of this Privacy Policy, which forms part of the broader Terms and Conditions governing Your use of the App. Together, these documents constitute the complete agreement (“Agreement”) between You and MPL.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Traffic Data

To enhance the functionality and user experience of the App, We automatically collect certain technical information when You access or use the App. This includes:

  • IP address;
  • Domain name of Your internet service provider;
  • Device information and interaction patterns with the App and related applications (collectively, “Traffic Data”).

2.2 Personal Data

To provide certain features and services, We may ask You to share personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”), including but not limited to:

  • Contact details (such as Your email address, phone number, and contact list information);
  • Demographic details (such as time zone, address, and location data);
  • Financial information (including bank account details, e-wallet credentials, and card information provided for transactions such as prize or coupon disbursements).

If You correspond with Us via email or any written communication, We may collect and store the information shared in such correspondence.

6.1 To enhance the App’s functionality and tailor experiences to users, we use cookies and similar tracking technologies. These assign a unique user ID to each visitor, helping us analyze preferences without personally identifying individuals unless they voluntarily provide that data.

6.2 Our servers automatically log limited data about your internet connection, such as IP address, during your visits. This data is used to optimize site delivery, analyze traffic, and understand user locations for advertising metrics.

9.1 MPL disclaims any guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of content provided through the App. We do not accept liability for any omissions or errors.

9.2 No warranties, express or implied—including those related to non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a specific purpose—are provided regarding the App or external content it may link to.

9.3 References to third-party names, products, or services are provided solely for informational purposes and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

10. ACCOUNT DELETION & DATA REMOVAL

a. You may delete your MPL account, along with all associated personal data, by navigating to the “Delete Account” option in the MPL Pro mobile app. To access this, go to:
Hamburger Menu (Top Left) → Profile → More Options (Top Right) → Delete Account

If you face any difficulty initiating deletion, email us at community@mpl-poker.com.

b. Once we receive your deletion request, we will confirm acceptance within 12 hours, and your account will be permanently deleted within 15 days thereafter.

c. Please be aware that account deletion is final and irreversible. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered under any circumstance, including accidental deletion, account hacking, or loss of access.

d. Any unclaimed winnings in your account will be forfeited upon deletion. Make sure to withdraw all funds before initiating this request.

e. Upon deletion:

  • All Bonus Coins will be lost.
  • If you are a cash player, any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method within 15 business days. Expired payment details may result in forfeiture.
  • Transaction and KYC records may be retained in accordance with legal requirements and for purposes outlined in our Community Guidelines.

  • Your gameplay history may also be stored as required by law and MPL policies.
